About the job:
As a Consultant, you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment.
You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Our consultants are our greatest asset, and we show this by providing a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip you to become a skilled consultant.
- You will bring extensive experience of automating manual processes, diagnosing existing inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions based on specific needs.
- Ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed documentation within the organizations context.
- Ability to evaluate and analyse existing business processes and uncover areas for improvement
- Ensure that user stories have sufficient details so that developers can estimate and work with them.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Cards and Payments domain with extensive experience in Cards Fraud domain – 3DS, Cards Fraud Detection, prevention and customer management.
- Experience with Card Fraud Management platforms with AI/ML models, rules management and case management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Team player with a strong ability to drive risk initiatives across business functions.
