We work with clients on target operating model design, process transformation, digital enablement, and transition execution across multiple corporate functions by combining the firm’s deep operational and finance expertise with technology-led solutions to accelerate business growth and efficiency. Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Global Business Services (GBS) functions are one among several levers we utilize toward this purpose.
How you will contribute
We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Associate Director / Director to drive our RCM Advisory work within A&M GCC Advisory. This leadership role is critical for driving practice growth, managing key client relationships, and overseeing complex, large-scale RCM transformation engagements for US healthcare clients (Providers and/or Payers). The ideal candidate must combine deep RCM operational expertise with a proven track record of consulting delivery, business development, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Client Advisory (Client Focus)
- Executive Relationship Management: Serve as the primary, trusted advisor to C-suite and Senior VP-level clients on critical RCM and financial performance issues.
- Transformation Oversight: Lead and direct complex RCM transformation initiatives, focusing on areas like payer-provider synergy, digital RCM integration, advanced denial management strategies, and large-scale A/R optimization.
- Solution Architect: Architect end-to-end RCM solutions that leverage cutting-edge technology (AI, ML, RPA) and global delivery models to achieve industry-leading operational efficiency and cash flow improvement.
2. Practice Leadership & Growth (Firm Focus)
- Business Development: Actively contribute to practice growth by identifying new opportunities, leading proposals (RFPs), and developing compelling RCM service offerings and points of view (POVs).
- Engagement Profitability: Directly manage the financial performance (P&L) of multiple large engagements or a portfolio of accounts, ensuring project profitability, scope management, and risk mitigation.
- Talent Management: Oversee resource allocation across RCM projects, mentor Senior Consultants and Managers, and play a pivotal role in recruiting and developing RCM talent within the India delivery center.
3. RCM Domain Expertise
- Subject Matter Authority: Maintain and communicate expert-level knowledge of the evolving US healthcare landscape, including legislative changes (e.g., No Surprises Act, interoperability rules), payer contracting strategies, and emerging reimbursement models.
- Quality Assurance: Provide final sign-off and quality assurance on all major client deliverables, ensuring accuracy, strategic relevance, and client impact.

Qualifications
- Total Experience: 9+ years of progressive experience in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management sector
- Consulting Experience (Mandatory): Experience in a leading management consulting or Big 4 firm, successfully leading RCM advisory projects at the Senior Manager level
- Operational Foundation (Must-Have): Proven experience managing large, complex RCM operations in either a provider or RCM services environment.
- Education: Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
- Global Delivery Expertise: Experience structuring and executing projects utilizing a blended onshore/offshore RCM delivery model.
- Communication: Exceptional executive-level presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills are non-negotiable.
