In this role, you will:
- Work with the business stakeholders to identify, document, and socialize business goals, objectives, and expected outcomes associated with the project
- Engage with business subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather project needs and translate into business and functional documentation
- Provide business process knowledge/best practices to our clients
- Create reference manuals, training material, and other technical documents as required
- Ability to translate business vision into defined and prioritized stories for the team backlog.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings
- Create mockup forms/letters & map variable fields in documents to incoming data sources
- Perform validation testing of changes to ensure test results meet expectations
- Documented requirements related artifacts which align with design and deliver a successful build with minor defects.
Who You Are:
- Excel at functioning as an individual contractor or in a team-based role
- Expertise in various business analysis methodologies use case development, story writing, and user acceptance testing and product documentation.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency, detailed documentation, flexibility, initiative, collaboration, transparency, technical savvy, communication skills
- Experienced and eager team that is delivering consistently; a lot of pressure from a very demanding Program Sponsors to deliver on time
- Documentation Agile, requirements elicitation, strong written and verbal communication skills
