A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice inAmsterdamis a dynamic and fast-growing team that specializes in delivering Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and growth strategy engagements. The team works closely with private equity clients, providing actionable insights and innovative solutions to complex challenges. How you will contribute
As a(Senior) Directorin the PEPI practice, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing Commercial Due Diligence projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing CDD projects, ensuring superior results and client satisfaction.
- Developing insights and innovative solutions for complex client challenges.
- Identifyingand pursuing new business opportunities, expanding A&M’s profile in the CDD market.
- Contributing to the development of service methodologies and thought leadership within the firm.
- Building and fostering strong client relationships.
- Supporting recruitment, team development, and motivation, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Extensive experience leading Commercial Due Diligence projects and growth strategy engagements.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality results, particularly within the Private Equity environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- A solid professional network and a reputation for delivering value and innovation.
- Hands-on, non-hierarchical leadership style that fosters trust and collaboration across all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and effectively.
- An objective, fact-based approach to problem-solving.
- Strong values and integrity, leading by example and inspiring confidence in colleagues and clients.
- Fluency inDutchand English (written and spoken).
