The Team
A&M is a global professional services firm with over 10,000 employees across six continents. The firm specializes in business performance improvement, turnaround management, and advisory services. A&M Poland is expanding and seeks professionals with consulting and industry experience to join its team.
How you will contribute
- Work on performance improvement, business development, transformation, and restructuring projects,
- Engage in merger integration, operational turnaround, growth/value creation strategies, and interim management,
- Support organisational design and capability development through expansion, transformation, and turnaround phases,
- Deliver large-scale transformations, quantified EBITDA/cash improvements,
- Analyse data to identify root causes of problems and develop solutions,
- Implement profitability and working capital improvements,
- Unlock shareholder value through divestments or improving underperforming assets,
- Support new business, joint venture, and partnership development phases,
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
Education: MSc, MBA and/or engineering degree from a top-tier university
Experience: 10+ years in a top-tier consulting firms, with exposure to value growth strategies, operational restructuring, high-stake team leadership turnaround management, merger integration, carve-outs, business transformation, or performance improvement. Additionally, hands-on operational and executive experience within a renowned enterprise would be highly valued.
Skills:
Proven ability and track-record in designing and implementing strategy focused on boosting enterprise value in commercial, operational and/or financial areas.
Strong operational/finance knowledge and experience proven within a renowned organization under a high stake/pressure situations.
Well-developed communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with prioritization skills.
Leadership & team management skillset.
Languages: Fluency in Polish and English.
Travel: Willingness to travel across Europe.
