What you'll do:
As an Workday Consultant you’ll bridge business strategy and technology ecosystems. You’ll gain exposure to strategic consulting, digital HR architecture, and business insights to design exceptional solutions for our clients:
- Assess HR processes and design digital strategies leveraging Workday capabilities.
- Advise clients on HR transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead Workday implementation projects from a strategic perspective (governance, change management, adoption).
- Define global HR operating models supported by Workday functionalities.
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve workforce planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive digital HR initiatives.
- Stay ahead of Workday trends and best practices to guide clients on innovation opportunities.
