What You’ll Do
As a Consultant Intern at BTS, you’ll support organizations in translating their strategies into action. You’ll work closely with clients — from senior executives to emerging leaders — to help design and deliver experiences that change how people think, act, and lead.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Supporting the facilitation of strategic workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtual, helping teams connect their goals to business performance.
- Contributing to the design of customized learning journeys and simulations, in partnership with our global Centers of Expertise.
- Analyzing business challenges to generate insights and recommendations that bridge strategy, leadership, and execution.
- Supporting the management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, impact, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, bringing together creativity, analytical thinking, and a human touch.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have
- Final-year university student or recent graduate status, or initial professional experience, ideally in consulting, strategy, business, engineering, economics, or related fields.
- Full professional proficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to structure problems, analyze data, and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative, humble, and proactive mindset, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Availability to work from our offices in a hybrid model (3 days per week).
