Role: Business Analyst
Level: Specialist / Associate Manager
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Technology practice, where you’ll play a key role in shaping digital solutions for complex organisations. This is an opportunity to build long‑term client relationships, work within multidisciplinary delivery teams, and contribute to meaningful digital transformation initiatives—particularly across the public sector.

What you’ll do
- Lead requirements discovery and solution delivery across multiple enterprise applications, facilitating workshops with both business and technical stakeholders
- Analyse processes, systems, and data to generate insights and build strong cases for change, including user journey mapping and defining As‑Is / To‑Be states
- Produce clear functional and non‑functional requirements, coordinating reviews and ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Work closely with business users, development, and QA teams to design effective solutions, ensure high‑quality delivery, and track expected vs actual benefits
- Own and support application maintenance and continuous improvement, while developing strong domain expertise and trusted stakeholder relationships
- Contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, from project inception through to implementation and ongoing support
What we’re looking for
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience, ideally supported by BCS or equivalent certification, with a solid IT background and hands‑on Business Analysis experience
- Strong skills in workshop facilitation, requirements elicitation, documentation, and estimation across the delivery lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, simplify complex topics, and build long‑term relationships
- Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments, collaborating closely with development and QA teams
- Strong problem‑solving capability, including experience with risk management, incident/problem processes, and delivery from discovery through to support
Bonus points for
- Exposure to digital transformation programmes, public sector organisations, or large enterprise environments
- Experience with modern technology landscapes such as Cloud, APIs, IoT, or GenAI
- Familiarity with ALM / project management tools and experience working across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Additional certifications (e.g. BABOK, Agile, Jira) and experience in custom application development environments (e.g. Java)
