BearingPoint is looking for a Consultant with a strong consulting mindset, focused on Digital Transformation and Business Analysis within Financial Services.
This role is for a true consultant profile: someone who enjoys structuring complexity, modelling processes, building crisp decks, and working closely with demanding stakeholders. You will join projects with a strong digital, process, and transformation dimension, including large international institutions.
Primary Functions And Tasks
- Driving business analysis activities in digital transformation initiatives
- Structuring and documenting business and functional requirements
- Modelling end-to-end processes using BPMN (as-is/to-be)
- Translating complex topics into clear, structured PowerPoint presentations
- Preparing workshop materials, executive decks, and decision documents
- Facilitating workshops and working sessions with business and IT stakeholders
- Supporting or leading workstreams
- Contributing to project governance, planning, and follow-up
- Working closely with IT teams in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
We are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting or digital transformation roles
- Strong background in Business Analysis and process design
- Hands-on experience with BPMN (mandatory)
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Solid experience working on digital or IT-enabled transformation projects
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership, rigor, and quality
- Fluent in English (French is a strong plus; German is an asset)
