In this role, you will:
- Reporting & Dashboard
- Development Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational, financial, and executive decision-making
- Develop and manage complex Excel-based reports, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, structured data models, and automation techniques
- Create standardized reporting views for recurring business needs (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Enhance and optimize existing dashboards and Excel models for performance and usability

- Refresh, validate, reconcile, and audit data to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability
- Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and exception identification
- Ensure consistency in metric definitions and reporting standards
- Document report logic, calculations, data sources, and assumptions for transparency and scalability

- Gather reporting requirements from business partners and translate them into functional report designs
- Present insights and findings in a clear, business-friendly format
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve clarity, usability, and performance

- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes

Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and/or advanced Microsoft Excel
- Deep knowledge of Excel beyond basic functions (e.g., complex formulas, Power Query, data models, pivot tables, automation/macros preferred)
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured reporting solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Preferred Qualifications
