We are looking for a Strategy Consultant with 1–3 years of experience in technology-driven projects, capable of acting as a bridge between business and technology. This role combines project coordination, stakeholder management, and technology consulting, supporting strategic transformation initiatives within the banking and insurance sector.
Responsabilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating needs into actionable deliverables.
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Monitor project portfolios and support project delivery activities.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and action plans.
- Prepare project reporting and documentation for different audiences.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Support technology transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Work with project management and collaboration tools such as Rally, Jira, Confluence, and Clarity.
- Ensure compliance with established governance frameworks, methodologies, and ways of working.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.
Requirements
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, project management, or technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience working directly with clients and technical teams.
