We're Hiring | Management Consultant
Location: Ahmedabad (Client Site Travel Required)
D&V Business Consulting is looking for a Management Consultant to work directly with business owners and leadership teams across manufacturing, engineering, retail, pharma, packaging, and service industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose business challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead consulting projects across Operations, HR, Sales, Strategy, and Process Excellence.
• Implement SOPs, KPIs, PMS, Lean, 5S, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Conduct business reviews, workshops, and client meetings.
• Analyze business data and prepare reports, dashboards, and action plans.
• Ensure timely execution of consulting projects and measurable business outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients and support long-term business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA / B.E. / B.Tech / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–8 years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with client travel and working across different industries.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
