Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visa Consultant role based in Islamabad. The Visa Consultant will advise clients on visa and immigration options, explain relevant requirements, and guide them through documentation and application procedures. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client profiles, preparing and reviewing application forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations, and tracking application progress. The role involves regular client meetings, responding to inquiries via phone and email, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and procedures. The Visa Consultant will also support education consultancy and travel-related services as needed to provide a smooth end-to-end experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of visas, immigration, and immigration issues, with the ability to interpret and explain relevant policies clearly.
- Consulting skills to assess client needs, recommend suitable pathways, and provide structured guidance throughout the application process.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and client-focused interaction.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing documentation, verifying information, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Islamabad, collaborate with team members, and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic office software and online application platforms; experience with visa application systems is an advantage.
- Prior experience in immigration services, visa consulting, or education consultancy is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Business, Law, or Social Sciences) or equivalent professional experience.
