岗位职责：
1. Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for AI‑driven solutions
2. Partner with engineering, data science, and business teams to design and deliver scalable AI features
3. Translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
4. Drive experimentation, model evaluation, and iterative product improvement
5. Ensure responsible AI principles, data governance, and compliance are embedded in product design
6. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product direction
7. Communicate product vision and updates to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders
任职要求：
"1. Strong product management experience in AI, data platforms, or digital products
2. Solid understanding of Agentic concepts, model lifecycle, and AI system architecture
3. Ability to work with engineering and data teams to make informed technical decisions
4. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
5. Experience in enterprise MCP, SaaS, automation, or digital transformation is a plus"
