The firm specializes in strategy, consulting, and public–private partnership (PPP) services, supporting clients across capital markets and broader economic environments.
Role Description The Associate Consultant, Transaction Advisory / Infrastructure role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tunis, Tunisia. The individual in this role will support transaction advisory mandates and infrastructure projects, including financial and technical analysis, market and demand studies, and preparation of proposals, reports, and presentations. Daily responsibilities include assisting in the structuring and evaluation of PPP and infrastructure projects, contributing to project management activities, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintaining clear documentation and workflows. The role also involves working with data and models to support investment decisions, participating in client meetings, and helping ensure that project timelines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate would possess skills and experience in Infrastructure and Transaction Advisory, with familiarity in PPP frameworks and capital projects.
- Candidates should possess Consulting capabilities, including analytical problem-solving, client communication, and structured documentation and reporting.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan tasks, monitor progress, manage risks, and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Networking and Windows skills to support basic IT and systems needs related to project work and data access.
- Relevant academic background in finance, economics, engineering, business, or a related field; prior experience in advisory or infrastructure is an advantage.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis abilities, proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Claude AI, OpenAI, Excel, PowerPoint), and excellent written and spoken communication in English French, and Arabic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment, show initiative, and manage multiple assignments with attention to detail and ethical standards.
