In this role, you will:
- Elicit business requirements, analyze customer needs and gaps to propose solutions for the desired state
- Perform Gap Analysis, document current business process and future state process; participate in business requirement discovery, analysis and documentation
- Participate in package selection exercises and provide input as to potential application fits
- Create business process maps based on the client requirements
- Develop SDLC/CSV/CSA deliverables such as User Requirements Specifications, Validation Plans, Trace Matrices, Test Plans, Test Scripts, Validation Summary Reports, etc.
- Train & support client testing team in order to test systems against the requirements provided
- Communicate with project stakeholders including sponsor management and project team members on topics such as task status, scheduling conflicts, resource needs and anticipated barriers to execution
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of Life Sciences Business Analysis experience
- Experience with GxP guidelines, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Computer System Validation (CSV)/Computer Software Assurance (CSA)
- Familiarity with documenting a business case along with Project objectives/Scope/deliverables etc
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with project management tools
- Experience working as a team member on applications and/or systems implementations for Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, and Medical Device companies
- Knowledge and experience in one of the following Life Sciences practices: Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, Data Science, Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Medical Devices
