- We are hiring a Regional Workforce Health Consultant to join our MMB Europe advisory hub. In this role, you will promote and improve the health and well-being of employees for our clients across Europe. You will support the delivery of workforce healthcare and well-being strategies, analyze data, and provide recommendations to mitigate health risks.

We will count on you to:
- Implement effective workforce health and wellness strategies.
- Raise awareness of advisory capabilities across MMB Europe.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for a holistic approach to workforce health.
- Analyze data and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and proposals.
- Manage projects and conduct healthcare claims audits.
- Design health and well-being pathways.
- Conduct provider research and reviews.
- Support training session plans.
- Identify and develop new propositions, products, and services.
What you need to have:
- Solid experience gained within a similar role.
- Strong technical skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Passion for learning and development.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in producing client-facing reports and insights.
