Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Consultant in Houston, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Provide SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Work to improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Design and develop data validation processes, perform data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using SAP software data quality and data profiling tools to rectify data redundancies and anomalies. Help manage the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond, helping to link their IT programs to organizational goals, while utilizing SAP modules. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Support the creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have one year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires one year of related work experience in each of the following:
- Working across phases of the Agile Methodology, including prepare, imagine, deliver, and run phases for the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Human Capital Management (HCM);
- Translating business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirement specifications, use cases, mock-ups, process maps, and workflows leveraging tools;
- Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments;
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders;
- Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools, including SAP HANA Studio, Tableau, Microsoft (MS) Excel, and MS Access;
- Creating screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models;
- Facilitating requirement gathering, to-be process flow confirmation, design workshops, unit testing workshops, and cutover support for client meetings; and
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
