Maine Pointe’s unique approach to supply chain transformation, Total Value Optimization (TVO), focuses on enhancing our clients’ effectiveness by leveraging data analytics to improve procurement, logistics, and business operations. The Leader and Organization Improvement (LOI) Consultant enhances our clients’ strategic transformation initiatives with his/her thought leadership and expertise in change management and organizational development. The LOI Consultant reports to each project’s Engagement Leader and drives activities necessary to enable stakeholders to successfully transition to the new business environment. Our LOI Consultants transform business results by aligning people-focused approaches with the client's strategic imperatives. The role requires the LOI Consultant to partner with internal teams across client organizations from the C-suite to the shop floor to guide them toward working more effectively. The LOI Consultant also creates integrated work streams with engagement Team Leads to ensure engagements incorporate best practices to design, implement, and sustain desired business changes.
You Will:
- Be a problem solver, focused on identifying root causes, developing mitigation actions, and achieving success.
- Collaborative, professional approach, with proven success in building client relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Extensive experience partnering with and advising C-suite executives through transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrable success leading organization change management efforts for transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record in successful stakeholder management, communications, training, and coaching.
- Strong thought leadership and willingness to drive a hands-on approach to get the work done.
- Expertise in organization readiness and organization/job design constructs.
- Skill in identifying and influencing opportunities for additional work.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, psychology or related field. Relevant graduate-level degree preferred.
- 10+ years leading complex transformation engagements in a business environment with proven experience leading successful organization change management activities
- Working understanding of procurement, logistics, business operations and supporting functions.
- Practical experience in one or more of the following industries: Industrial Manufacturing & Services, Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Package Goods, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, and Private Equity.
- Knowledge of research/benchmarking organizations and source data to identify relevant standards and best practices.
And Also:
- Ability to do research, collect and analyze data, develop and clearly communicate a solution, and gain broad buy in.
- Ability to monitor transformation progress, identify gaps, assess root causes and identify/mitigate risks.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure business environment focused on meeting/exceeding deadlines and KPIs.
- Familiarity with ProSci, LaMarsh and/or other change implementation organizations. Certification a plus.
- Effective written and oral communication, facilitation and presentation skills
