As a member of IQVIA’s Identity and Access Management team, you will be responsible for gathering requirements and providing guidance on the delivery of IQVIA’s enterprise information security solutions and capabilities.
The IQVIA information security landscape consists of both custom-built solutions, SaaS/cloud services, and commercial off the shelf (COTS) products. This role may interact with a wide variety of stakeholders within the company as well as with vendor partners. .
This role requires experience in writing functional and non-functional requirements as well as managing them from start to finish. Candidates will need to have experience with researching and writing requirements as well as leading requirements reviews and documenting acceptance/sign-off from stakeholders.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Excellent analytical reasoning, thinking and problem solving, as well as the ability to clearly communicate security concepts/requirements to wide audience.
- Ability to research, author and diagram complex user stories/use cases, including success paths as well as all failure paths.
- Ability to research and author information and data security requirements that meet OWASP, SOX, NIST, GDPR, GxP, and other security industry standards. (Specific knowledge of these standards not require, but ability to research and understand how they apply to our products necessary.)
- Knowledge of single sign-on (SSO), multifactor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), identity federation, user provisioning, application onboarding, coarse grained authorization, etc.
- Knowledge, experience with Azure Active Directory, Azure B2C, WSO2 Identity Server, and SailPoint Identity IQ desired.
- Knowledge, experience in cloud security desired.
- Experience with system/software development and SDLC required. Does not have to have been a developer or tester but must have solid knowledge of the development process end to end.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence needed. Experience with Jira, TestRail highly desired.
- Experienced and skilled in planning, organization, prioritization, monitoring and gathering requirements for building and executing processes for IAM systems. Detailed-oriented where it matters to support the larger deliverable, but able to successfully manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a service oriented mentality towards business unit partnerships. Ability to professionally represent IAM, our services and processes to our internal clients spanning our global enterprise.
