We will count on you to:
- Contribute to implement and design compensation plans for companies with the goal of creating proper incentives for employees.
- Active participation in design and creation of salary structures and incentive plans, implementing performance management programs, and consulting with HR managers on compensation-related issues.
- Develop creative and impactful solutions to support our clients success through compensation initiatives.
- Structuring, directing, reviewing, and interpreting analyses performed by the project team.
- Structuring and/or reviewing client deliverables.
- Developing compensation strategies, philosophies and programs that address clients' attraction and retention needs.
- Providing consulting services on broader Human Capital issues.
- Participe in designing short-term and long-term incentive programs that reinforce the clients' strategic objectives.
- Generating revenue through development of new client relationships and building and maintaining strong client relationships, which will ideally lead to opportunities for project extensions, cross-selling, and referrals to new prospects.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Management or Psychology.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Management Consulting or Compensation and Benefits, Human resources with strong project management experience.
- Curiosity.
- Experience in data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design.
- Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and a strong background in Excel and data management
- Flexibility, agility, adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing client needs.
- Ability to develop relationships with various business areas including executive leaders.
- Advance English proficiency.
- Possess excellent collaboration skills.
- Highly driven, confident, resilient, positive and motivated individual.
- Strong verbal and written communications as well as strong presentation skills both in English and Spanish.
