As a senior consultant, you will manage a portfolio of accounts and a talented team of consulting professionals to help organizations improve their business results, develop elite workplace cultures and produce meaningful change.

What you need:
- Master’s degree
- At least five years of consulting experience and two years of people management experience
- Track record of leading projects that resulted in positive outcomes for client accounts
- Ability to work in a demanding environment, with a focus on organizational growth and performance
- Eligibility to work in India; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
