Full Time Senior Associates and Managers work with clients through all stages of consulting projects: identifying the major issues that the client is facing, generating hypotheses against those issues, structuring & performing analyses, identifying creative but pragmatic options against potential market scenarios, developing conclusions, making strategic recommendations, and then developing plans to operationalize the agreed upon strategy. You will join the home team base and work across a variety of industries such as the below:
- Technology, Information, Communications and Entertainment (TICE) - Health and Industries - Government and Public Sector - Financial Services (FS) - Deals/Private Equity - Consumer and Industrial Products and Services (CIPS) - Energy, Chemicals, Utilities and Mining - Engineered Product Services (Aerospace & Defence; Automotive, Transportation & Industrials) - Operations - Organization Change & Leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful candidates will also typically possess the following qualifications: ∙ 4-6 years of relevant work experience from strategy consultancy, showing progressive/promotion and academic achievement. ∙ Possession of outstanding oral and written communication skills ∙ Demonstrated leadership and/or relationship-building skills ∙ Legal work authorization, fluency in English as well as Spanish are required.
