Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights
- 5-7 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
- Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Singapore citizenship or holding Active Singapore PR is required.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Holds active Workday Certification (Adaptive preferred and Financials is added advantage)
- May consider candidates with prior experience implementing TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions
- Experience leading medium to large scale Adaptive Planning (or similar) implementation projects
- Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles
- Experience with automation and integration of Adaptive
- Extensive knowledge of Excel
- Extensive knowledge FP&A processes and activities
- Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)
- Experience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and Demo's
- Willingness to attend and present at orals
