Job Description
- Accurate and timely completion of tasks as requested/ required from line manager/commission manager.
- Improving skill set and capability by completing the necessary on-going training.
- Internal and external networking within the business developing your professional network & highlighting opportunities to your line / commissioning manager.
- Drafting & administrating project management procedures, processes, templates. Including mgt plans through to TQs / RFIs, Change, Risk Register
- Drafting project documentation including scope of works, bills of quantities, pricing schedules, estimates, schedules, basis of estimates, basis of schedules, consulting reports, contract notices, contract playbooks etc…
- Drafting project reporting documents & administering reporting cycles
- Supporting internal project proposals & tenders as required
Qualifications
- completion of degree Nov/Dec 2024
- Qualifications in Engineering (all disciplines), Economics, Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, Commerce, Supply Chain, Industrial, Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Management, Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction Management (or similar QS)
