Slalom Phoenix is seeking an experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant to join its Organizational Effectiveness team within the Business Advisory Services practice. Qualified candidates will be passionate about client delivery and experienced in change management, Learning and Development, and/or project management, driving workstreams within strategic and transformational engagements.
What You’ll Do
- Understand the client’s business to design effective organizational change, learning, organization design, communication, and/or talent management programs to drive business benefits.
- Drive change management workstreams, often as part of a larger engagement.
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans, which include leadership alignment, communications, training, stakeholder engagement and measurement
- Work with client stakeholders at all levels to identify and assess stakeholders, and determine change impacts and training needs for technology-driven and business transformations
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with strong agendas for large, diverse groups of stakeholders
- Position yourself with the client as a partner and Organizational Effectiveness expert to build and maintain relationships
What You’ll Bring
- Ability to lead change management strategy and execution for technology adoption and business transformation
- Ability to project manage the delivery of your own work
- Ability to lead the design and facilitation of strategic planning sessions – helping align leaders around a shared mission, vision and strategy
- Experience delivering Agile change transformation projects.
- Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a collaborative attitude.
- Apply structured change management approach and methodology to change projects.
