Assignments Cover:
Working with some of the brightest and most experienced colleagues in the industry, you will develop and deliver performance improvement projects, transformation and restructurings.

From the beginning, you will work closely with our senior leaders as part of a fast-growing and dynamic pan-European team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify high impact opportunities to improve EBITDA and cash flow across the enterprise, ranging from quick wins to the ‘tough calls’ that deliver transformational results
- Review performance figures and analyse data to examine the root cause of problems
- Develop and implement comprehensive profitability and working capital improvements to help stabilise financial and operational performance
- Identify and quantify opportunities to unlock shareholder value by divesting and/or improving under-performing and non-core business units or assets
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of transformation programs and determine how to minimise implementation risks and maximise success
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with a range of team members and client stakeholders from front line to senior management, often in high pressure situations
Requirements:
- MSc degree from an accredited top-tier university
- Previous exposure to such areas as operational restructuring, turnaround management, merger integration, carve-outs, business transformation and/or performance improvement
- 2-5 years of prior experience in consulting firms is required
- Well-developed communication skills & the ability to work with diverse and complex stakeholder groups
- Strong finance knowledge with experience of building or working with integrated financial models and have Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with ability to prioritise
- Fluency in Polish and English languages is a must
- Ability and willingness to travel pan-European
