West Monroe is actively seeking a Manager, Consulting Solutions Development & Commercialization. You will be a key part of the Offerings function within West Monroe’s Go-to-Market (GTM) team. You will lead the creation and/or refinement of our most impactful horizontal offerings to drive value for our clients. The Offerings function’s charter is to fuel West Monroe’s organic growth by productizing repeatable offerings and continuous innovation on how we sell and deliver.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with the GTM function and cross-functional line teams to manage the process of defining, designing, and rolling out horizontal offerings. You will be the go-to resource for the day-to-day project management and execution of the offering development process.
The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and high level of comfort with ambiguity. This person is passionate about technology, innovation, data analysis, and collaborating with diverse teams to drive initiatives forward. This person thrives in environments where a test-and-learn approach is needed. Having strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease is important.
Key Responsibilities
Offering Development Project Management:
- Execute the offering development process, owning the end-to-end lifecycle with responsibility for conceptualizing, building, GTM strategy and execution
- Manage the horizontal offering intake process, collaborating with Functional Leads to identify and rank priorities for offering development, refinement and GTM execution
- Manage the end-to-end offering build process to articulate the offering concept, get market feedback, create the needed artifacts, refine the offering based on client and internal feedback, and create GTM plans to sell and execute the offering in market.
- Identify opportunities for the integration of emerging technology, proprietary assets and differentiated sales and delivery strategies to enhance the offering’s market differentiation
- Gather and translate information from SMEs into key offering artifacts such as a sales walking deck, target market profile, commercial insight and GTM plan
- In partnership with Line leadership, define and execute an offering’s GTM strategy by identifying the TAM and target accounts we can pitch and sell the offering
- Participate in in-market pitches, tracking and developing action plans around market feedback to enhance and/or pivot the offering and related GTM efforts
- Liaise with GTM Leadership and the GTM Segment Coverage Team to communicate progress, integrate with other offering development efforts within Industries, and coordinate GTM efforts
- Collaborate with other internal teams to keep them informed and engaged
Leadership
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the offering development process
- Prepare materials for regular reviews with senior leadership and communicate updates and status on initiatives
- Collaborate and manage relationships across multiple internal teams as well as all consulting practices
- Support firmwide education efforts around offerings through training materials, communications and presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (e.g., Finance/Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Management/Business, Information Technology, MIS, etc.) 7-10 years of experience managing complex projects and/or new initiatives Prior consulting experience required Facilitation and Project Management experience preferred Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications and customer relations skills Experience interfacing effectively with all levels of management in a dynamic and rapidly evolving work environment Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship Travel requirements may include short, infrequent trips (A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives
Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.

Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of one year of employment.
