Job Description:
As a Post Merger Integration Senior Consultant within Crowe’s Operational Transaction Advisory (OTA) group, you’ll help lead our clients through the analysis, planning, and execution of complex Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). We support both the due diligence process and the planning and execution of post-close strategies.
Essential skills & responsibilities:
- Work with Private Equity firms and corporate leaders to analyze and execute M&A deals
- Design and lead the Integration Management Office (IMO) for large and distributed (geographically and functionally) project teams across a variety of complex initiatives
- Work in a client-facing role, engaging with client teams to uncover synergy and functional area solutions and execute deal strategy
- Communicate professionally, including the creation of executive-level deliverables to support client decision-makers
- Deliver in a highly visible role on-site at our clients, across the US, and possibly internationally
- The successful candidate will be highly adaptable, assertive, and open to new challenges in a fast-paced environment; significant independence to define and deliver the work required to make our clients successful.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field required
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in M&A lifecycle (due diligence and integration / carve-outs), including prior roles in areas such as PMI, M&A / Corporate Development, corporate strategy or program management
- Experience in Manufacturing Operations preferred
- Functional expertise in one or more non-IT areas: e.g., Operations, Sales, HR, or Finance
- Demonstrated Project Management technical skills, with displayed excellence in managing complex cross-functional programs
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 60% of the time due to a majority of the work being competed at the client's site
- Outstanding communication skills as evidenced by the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business impacts to diverse audiences, including executives
- Advanced analysis and written and verbal communication skills are critical, as this role will require significant executive-level interaction
- The ideal candidate will be based out of the East Coast

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,490.00 to $157,579.00 per year.
