Job Description
As the Senior Consultant in our team, you will work as part of a team that consult on projects to our Hunter and National clients. You will be exposed to a range of industries and sectors. Under the direction of a Partner and/or Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Developing business strategies and advising on business and operating models to enable growth and build organizational resilience
- Developing business cases for organisations wanting to grow, diversify or for technology investments
- Analyst or program management work on transformation programs and projects
- Delivering high-quality, forward-thinking, and innovative solutions for a range of clients
- Sustaining long-term relationships with our clients, founded on integrity and trust
How you are Extraordinary?
Through your work experience and knowledge in consulting or similiar, built over a 3- 5 year period, you have acquired some of the following skills and capabilities:
- A strategic thinker with an ability to formulate strategic options to complex problems
- An understanding of how organisations can structure their operations to build resilience and drive continuous improvement
- Sound commercial acumen and an understanding of financial implications decisions
- Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and an understanding of project management principles
- Enjoy complexity and ambiguity and bringing innovative ideas to deliver quality outcomes
- An appreciation for digital technology strategies and the role technology in enhancing customer experience.
Qualifications
- Tertiary-level education in commerce, business, finance, technology, psychology or similar degrees
- Project management qualifications (desirable)
