In this role, you will lead a client-facing project team to advise client executives across the Gulf region and create solutions to address their most important challenges. As a senior consultant, you will design high-level research, direct project activities, and create and deliver powerful insights as well as ensure on-time, high-quality client deliverables. What you need:

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or higher preferred
Fluency in verbal and written English and Arabic required
Proven competence in research design, research methods, political science, foreign affairs, higher education and/or social impact issues required
At least four years of experience in paid professional work in client management, business development and/or management consulting in an international organization required
At least two years of experience working in the Middle East required
Ability to travel to work on-site at client locations up to 50% of the time required
Track record of successfully leading projects that influenced outcomes for client accounts required
