Essential Functions

Strategic Systems Development: Define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a deep understanding of business systems and requirements.

Comprehensive Analysis: Analyse business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into precise system specifications.

Technical Expertise: Operate at the highest technical level of systems analysis, considering the business implications of technology applications in both current and future environments.

Product Development: Build and manage the backlog for the Direct to Patient component of Health Research Space (HRS).

Collaborative Engagement: Participate in grooming sessions with engineering teams and act as a vital liaison between engineering teams and the HRS product team.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Professional Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of systems analysis experience.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with business-wide applications (e.g., third-party software, internal operational applications) or IQVIA client-facing applications and products.

Client Understanding: Proven ability to comprehend client requirements and underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processes to ensure effective execution.
