Fusion Life Sciences Technologies LLC is a rapidly growing staffing and consulting company specializing in delivering quality workforce solutions to clients across the US. We are currently expanding our business development team and seeking experienced professionals who can drive vendor engagement and effectively handle bench sales for both IT and Non-IT domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and onboard new vendor partnerships for US staffing requirements (IT & Non-IT).
Proactively market bench consultants to implementation partners, direct clients, and staffing companies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and generate new business opportunities.
Track, manage, and report on all business development activities and pipeline opportunities.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely submission and placement of consultants.
Negotiate contract terms and rates with vendors and clients.
Understand current market trends and client demands across verticals and geographies in the US.
Provide timely updates on consultant availability, interviews, submissions, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with client and company policies throughout the recruitment and placement lifecycle.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in US IT/Non-IT staffing and bench sales.
Strong vendor network and proven ability to generate leads and closures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth understanding of the US job market, visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.), and employment terms.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM/recruitment systems.
