As a senior consultant at Gallup, you will be a trusted adviser, project orchestrator, and learning and development facilitator. With your business savvy, performance-oriented mindset, and natural desire to produce organizational growth and excellence, you will help organizations improve their business results. You will also help develop elite workplace cultures and generate meaningful change that compels your clients to come back to Gallup time and again.

What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- At least five years of consulting experience required
- Experience facilitating training or coaching executives required
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic required
- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time and work in our Riyadh office two days per week when not traveling
- Track record of leading projects that resulted in positive outcomes for client accounts
