Your Role
Our Cloud & Infrastructure Advisory Services enables our clients to transform their business and unlock value of cloud. We provide value centric Service Management capabilities to our clients to unlock the value of ServiceNow platform for our customers. In this role you will
- Advise clients in adopting Service Management capabilities aligned to ITIL 4 framework and unlock the value for clients in implementing ServiceNow platform
- Conduct IT service value assessment aligned to ITIL 4 framework, DevOps and Agile ways of working
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implementation of Service Management best practices, adjusting as needed to ensure success.
- Deliver digitally enabled business outcomes using your skills in service management, process consulting, organizational design and Lean
- Contribute to the growth and success of a top-tier consulting practice including our market offers, knowledge and the overall strategic goals of the practice
Role

- Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.

Skills
You’ll bring experience in transforming businesses through technology and re-defining the way clients operate & manage their service management capabilities. Comfortable at working in a technology-driven environment, you will bring proven skills and experience in some of the following areas:
- Proven experience in transforming service management capabilities with ability to work internal & external stakeholders
- Practical experience with ITIL 4 best practices and framework, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Desk operations
- Experience of managing Cloud operations, with the ability to implement SIAM in a Multi-Cloud environment
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow and understanding the complexities involved in implementation of various Now platform modules
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Evidence of having successfully delivered and led advisory engagements, driving positive outcomes and developing opportunities to deliver follow-on work
- Experience in supporting sales efforts, as well as shaping deal and engagement commercials
- Demonstrable experience of developing consulting offerings in Service Management
Nice to have skills
- Some understanding and experience with DevOps principles and practices
- ServiceNow practitioner certificate
- Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
