Major Banking Organization looking for an experienced Senior Consultant, Change

Join a dynamic team at one of Australia’s top four banks, where you will play a pivotal role in reshaping systems across various departments across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Change leadership - provide the program/project with day-to-day change management leadership and subject matter expertise. Ensure change activities have end-to-end ownership. Delivery of the change work as per agreed plans, ensuring co-ordination and integration of activities.
- Business impact assessment & transition planning - drive the identification of business impacts (Business Impact Assessment) and assess organisational readiness.
- Stakeholder management - identify all stakeholders impacted by the program/project and create an effective engagement plan to maximise the readiness.
- Communication - develop a communication approach and execute activities that supports all stakeholder groups impacted by the program/project.
- Training and support materials - complete a training needs analysis, develop a training approach & any supporting materials e.g. reference materials, instructional documents etc.
- Adoption metrics – developing the metrics, create a plan to monitor, track and pivot as required; to realise project benefits
Qualifications
- 5 plus years of change management experience across a range of industries including significant financial services experience.
- Experience designing change strategies for large transformational programs.
- Experience developing transformational change communications.
- Experience in organisation design, process improvement methodologies and people transition processes.
- Track record in managing and influencing relationships at a senior level in the organisation.
- Strong consulting and group facilitation skills.
