Our health and human service is rapidly growing, and we are seeking candidates at Consultant and Senior Consultant levels with 1 to 4 years of professional experience in:
- Healthcare transformation/ operations
- Healthcare strategy and policy
- Digital health

From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to influence change, tackle complex challenges, and directly contribute to projects that are making a real difference. This could include:
- Take on responsibilities ranging from preparing high-impact presentations and reports to conducting detailed quantitative analysis for our clients and stakeholders.
- Work on client site to execute project and change management initiatives. You’ll lead workshops, deliver training sessions, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes.
- Play an active role in business development activities, crafting compelling proposals and thought leadership pieces, and contributing to case studies that highlight our industry expertise. Your efforts will directly impact our growth and reputation in the health sector.

Qualifications & Experience
1-4 years of relevant experience. You may have worked in a consulting or professional services firm, in a think tank or university, or you may be looking for a change from a health industry operational or project role. You may already have experience in health, social services, disability and mental health, or a strong desire to work in these sectors.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent Industry experience.
- Willingness to travel within the country (where practical and possible).
- Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to interface with team members and client personnel in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills, with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving.
- An ability to produce concise and impactful presentations and reports.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
- Project management skills and flexibility with respect to assigned tasks and engagements required due to changing deliverables and evolving task priorities.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Experience with data analytics and visualisation software (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) favoured but not essential.
- Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and motivation to succeed.
