About this role:
The Associate L&D Program Specialist is an integral part of Gartner’s Global Services and Delivery (GSD) Learning and Development team. In this position, you collaborate with team members and business unit stakeholders across the organization to support delivery of world class learning experiences. Your responsibilities include program administration, scheduling/logistics, and reporting/measurement of learning experiences for Gartner Services and Delivery associates. This role requires excellent organization skills, stakeholder management, independent problem solving, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration skills with a client-first approach.
What you’ll do:
Program Administration:
- Update and maintain new hire dashboards with pertinent learner information
- Manage global New Hire training calendars and mailboxes
- Manage New Hire Program scheduling and logistics
- Update new hire program evaluation/certification forms and compile results
- Manage all reporting and statistics for each class and attendee
- Communication management and managing calendar invites for GSD L&D programs
Learning Management System Administration:
- Manage training course registrations for new hires and tenured associates
- Provide technical troubleshooting support
- Comprehensive understanding of LMS platform functionality
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on Services L&D learning modules
Virtual Learning Program Logistics:
- Collaborate with design and facilitation teams to create program logistics for new hire/tenured/leadership programs
- Support L&D delivery by scheduling program logistics
- Administer surveys and compile feedback on L&D programs
General Learning and Development Administration:
- Manage administrative aspects of folders and documents on shared drives
- Provide operational and reporting support to other L&D programs as needed (Tenured and Leadership)
- Provide operational support for ad hoc projects across BUs
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain trust based value add relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders on L&D initiatives.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Provide regular updates and communications to manage stakeholder expectations
What you’ll need:
- Graduate with 3-5 years administrative/operational experience
- Experience developing operational efficiencies through improved tools and processes
- Excellent organization skills, great attention to detail and a right first time delivery attitude
- Advanced Excel and Google Suite skills
- Ability to build in the sound logic and processes for solving problems
- Experience working on analytic tools is a plus
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize workload and project manage initiatives from concept to completion
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Experience with a learning management platform (LMS) such as Cornerstone on Demand a plus
- Experience with eLearning development tools like Articulate 360 or Captivate a plus
- Experience working with client services/sales professionals a plus
