The work
As a Data & AI Senior Manager specializing in AI Strategy for Products, you will play a critical role in helping organizations navigate the complexities of AI adoption to address industry challenges, optimize business operations, and elevate customer experiences. Additionally, as the Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead for this domain, you will drive the adoption of data and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with key industry trends and client priorities.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to position Accenture as a leader in AI-driven transformation for the Consumer Goods & Services, Retail, Travel, and Industrial sectors.
Design and implement AI strategies tailored to the needs of global brands, retailers, travel companies, and manufacturers.
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, AI-powered solutions that address challenges in supply chain management, product development, customer personalization, and operational efficiency.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, ensuring Accenture’s offerings remain relevant and impactful.
Collaborate with industry executives and decision-makers to shape AI frameworks that prioritize transparency, ethical considerations, and inclusivity.
Drive innovation by integrating technologies like Generative AI into solutions that optimize retail operations, enhance customer journeys, and streamline manufacturing and logistics.

Here's What You'll Need
Master’s degree (WO) in Data Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in consulting or leadership roles, with a focus on AI adoption in the Consumer Goods & Services, Retail, Travel, or Industrial sectors.
Proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions in consumer engagement, retail optimization, travel operations, or industrial manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of responsible AI, data ethics, and industry compliance frameworks.
Experience collaborating with Products-focused clients to shape and deliver impactful projects, and executing go-to-market strategies, including market analysis, sales enablement, and campaign execution.
Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, with experience shaping and selling projects to clients in the Consumer Goods & Services, Retail, Travel, and Industrial sectors.
