Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Consultant, with experience working in Digital Transformation & Innovation consulting assignments, with major institutions and Fortune 500 companies. In this role, you will work in digital strategy, marketing excellence, digital transformation and customer experience projects.
You will be a contributing team member, supporting and managing the successful execution of client projects. Working closely with our other offices and leveraging our global network to take part in cross-selling initiatives and widely share our knowledge. Next to this, you will constantly be dared to share consulting best practices with your team and prepare material to support business development initiatives.
Your Experience
You are familiar with agile project management and the delivery of large scale digital transformation projects. You have experience in managing and working with a digital project team through an entire project life cycle. Ideally having worked for clients either in Financial Services, Retail, Transport & Healthcare. In this experience, you have managed the end-to-end experience for a major digital transformation project, including its governance. Alongside this, you have experience with the successful roll-out of an ongoing digital projectand with ensuring that any new/enhanced technology capability /product features were embedded in the business processes.
You have participated in the steering committee for EXCO members as well as various meetings/ workshops to drive the implementation, including control quality, of projects to meet budget and content requirements.
Qualifications
- You have completed your Master’s Degree.
- You have at least 4 years experience as a consultant with similar responsibilities in a similar firm.
- You gained some experience within Corporate Strategy, Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing, Customer experience and journey design, CRM or Customer Analytics and Insights.
- Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.
- You have a creative mind and are able to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems to synthesize these into conclusions.
- You are dynamic and able to achieve results combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.
