What You Will Do
- Work on global client consulting projects with GEP teams based across Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific
- Be responsible for project deliverables through comprehensive research, insightful analytics and support overall project management.
- Learn your client's industry and constantly improve your knowledge
- Support multiple projects concurrently and deliver consistent positive results
- Perform complex data analytics with limited direction, ask the right questions and leverage the right sources of information.
- Create compelling presentations, understand the material fully and answer the questions logically
- Understand how project will result in client impact & provide services which would help the client achieve their goals
- Push beyond obvious solutions and generate innovative ideas to maximize impact for clients
- Work flexible hours to align with teams across different geographies
- Hone your communication and presentation abilities
- Build your project management and client management skills
- Learn, develop skills, work hard to meet/exceed set expectations and be able to show measurable results on continuous basis
