Primary Responsibilities
Quality and Efficient Output Production:
- Plans and executes with minimal direction, utilizing prior industry knowledge learning to creatively support new project types
- Use Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to create customized, effective, and accurate deliverables for clients based on input from practice teams
- Utilize benchmark/survey information, along with experience and understanding of the business to identify meaningful trends, provide insights, and create recommendations for client engagements
- Utilize and improve custom automation tools to generate analysis and improve benchmark product offerings
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of available data and demonstrate research skills while applying findings to client requests
- Participate in the design of customized surveys to answer client questions (Virtual Hows). Use web-based survey tools to implement the survey.
- Internal subject matter expert on TGaS benchmark data who can identify discrepancies and errors to correct as well as opportunities for overall improvement
- Utilize captured quantitative and qualitative data to develop story/theme of deliverables

- Completes work accurately and consistent within project timelines
- Utilizes available training modules and documentation to develop one’s own skills
- Assists with tasks beyond assigned work, executing those deliverables successfully to improve overall project team abilities
- Utilizes self-management skills to deliver based on individual workload
- Willingly moves between strategic work and detailed tactical work based on needs
- Clearly and independently explains methods used in analyzing data, as well as results and implications of analyses, with limited managerial oversight
Demonstrates Teamwork:
- Demonstrates an ability to accept coaching
- Provides a spirit of partnership of operational support to solution(s)
- Gathers information and prepares for internal reviews
- Shares perspective and communicates in meetings with stakeholders, asking questions and clarifying details when needed. Takes feedback and delivers results
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong expertise in analytical/presentation tools: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Tableau, AI, Power Query, and relational databases.
- Understanding of market research concepts, survey design and implementation
- Prior experience should include demonstrated success in hands-on analytical role(s) requiring active analysis of diverse datasets to generate insights for clients
- Demonstrates attention to detail with the ability to produce quality outputs and review own work for errors
- Demonstrates ability to maintain, develop, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures as needed
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload across several projects and tasks with minimal guidance from management and stakeholders
- Strong business writing and communication and presentation skills
- 3-6 years of professional experience based on a combination of pharmaceutical industry experience and operations & analytics experience
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Preferred
- MBA or equivalent preferred
- Client-facing role experience, where candidate interacted with clients directly
- Salesforce reporting and dashboarding experience
- Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences experience, specifically including analysis of Marketing Operations & Promotional Review Operations data
- Understanding of life sciences and/or pharmaceutical industry consulting
- Qualtrics experience or similar web-based survey tool

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000 - $115,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
