Your role:
As a Senior Consultant, you are part of a multidisciplinary team on challenging assignments within a wide range of clients in the financial services sectors. As a team you deliver complex projects that transform the way business is being done.
As a member of the PMO, you will support the system release for ISO20022 migration. You will be responsible for communication, documentation, and task management, etc with systems PICs and business users.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Support and drive the ISO20022 migration, working closely with team members to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop, update, and manage project master schedules to align with key milestones.
- Identify and address project risks, issues, and user inquiries efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders using appropriate methods to prevent delays.
- Prepare project materials as directed by supervisors.
- Plan and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assist in migration strategy, planning, and execution.
- Lead meetings, propose process improvements, and support other relevant project activities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- A relevant Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in economics or Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Must have good communication skill in English (both spoken and written) to liaise with stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UAT planning and execution, and migration planning.
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry.
- Strong skills in documentation, meeting facilitation, and creating presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL), client-facing experience, and prior work in a consulting firm are advantageous.
