Your role:
As a Business Analyst, Data Migration (Banking Industry), you are part of a multidisciplinary team on challenging assignments within a wide range of clients in the financial services sectors. As a team you deliver complex projects that transform the way business is being done.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Assist in the transition of data migration activities from external vendors, ensuring alignment with the overall migration strategy.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor data migration execution.
- Identify and assess data quality issues, collaborating with business users to prioritize analysis and resolve concerns.
- Develop and manage test cases, test scripts, and define entry/exit criteria for a successful migration.
- Work closely with the Data Migration Lead to ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones while supporting strategic migration objectives.
- Refine data migration requirements, update migration plans, and coordinate with stakeholders to cover all aspects of the migration process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management System is a must
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), including UAT planning, execution, and migration strategy.
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry.
- Strong skills in documentation, meeting facilitation, and presentation using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience in client-facing roles; consulting experience is a plus.
