Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) as one of A&M’s core competencies advise clients in improving profitability targets and leading clients out of strategic and operational crisis situations in a sustainable manner. In the process, our short-term focus is always on restoring the financial and operational performance of the companies. As part of the EMEA CTS team, you support clients in various industries (e.g. including A&D, automotive, manufacturing) from the upper medium-sized businesses and international corporations.
As anAssociate(m/f/d) - Industrial Transformation you will manage the following key responsibilities, supported by the European Corporate Transformation team:
- Development and implementation of pioneering transformation concepts
- Supporting clients in transformation and turnaround projects (\rapid results\)
- International projects focused on strategy, corporate structureor company-wide efficiency improvements
We welcome candidates with the following qualifications:
- Excellent academic credentials (Master's degree or higher);
- Previous exposure to such areas as operational restructuring, turnaround management, merger integration, carve-outs, business transformation and/or performance improvement;
- Relevant experience in a leading restructuring, strategy or management consulting firm;
- Well-developed communication skills & the ability to work with diverse and complex stakeholder groups;
- Finance knowledge with experience of building or working with integrated financial models and willingness to develop these skills further;
- An impact-focused mindset with a collaborative and engaging personality;
- Native speaker or business fluent German and English, other foreign languages are of advantage.
