Business Analyst
The Opportunity:
Booz Allen is seeking a passionate and innovative Business Analyst to join our Marketing, Communications, and Events team in the Aerospace Account. This role is ideal for an experienced, senior-level professional who excels at problem-solving, strategic planning, business development, and partnership management. On our team, you will support tasks at both strategic and tactical levels. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our market reputation, boosting our customer interactions, and bolstering alignment with top market opportunities. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
What You’ll Work On:
- Support the development, rationalization, and prioritization of Aerospace events with Aerospace senior leadership.
- Capture post-event business opportunities and transition necessary action items to market teams.
- Measure and communicate metrics and return on investment to stakeholders.
- Develop innovative methods to enhance ROI, differentiate presence, and improve processes and strategies.
- Match and coordinate solution demos and capabilities with relevant client mission needs.
- Facilitate conversations with senior leadership to gather insights and drive collaborative problem-solving that increases business growth.
- Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams to align on messaging and strategies.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in business management with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies
- Experience in human-centered design, preferably in a consulting or technology environment
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insight
- Ability to translate business needs into effective and detailed user stories, requirements, and metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, or Data Analytics
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with the aerospace industry and emerging technology solutions
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience in virtual whiteboarding, design, UI, UX, or 3D modeling, including platforms such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or Mural
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possession of excellent presentation and communication skills
- Possession of excellent organizational and project management skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
