What will you be doing?
Coaching Leaders & Teams for Impact
- Guide organizations through transformation, embedding growth mindsets and continuous improvement
- Partner with leaders to drive agility, innovation, and high-performance cultures
Driving Operational Excellence & Agility
- Help businesses streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and build adaptive capabilities
- Embed Agile ways of working and lead teams through iterative problem-solving
Strategic Consulting & Advisory
- Frame complex challenges, structure solutions, and drive smarter, faster decision-making
- Lead distinct project initiatives, shaping large-scale transformation efforts
Facilitating & Embedding Lasting Change
- Design and deliver workshops, training, and hands-on coaching for real, lasting impact
- Move beyond theory, ensuring real adoption of new ways of working
Who we're looking for
- 4+ years of consulting experience, with a passion for transformation and leadership development
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges
- Experience engaging, influencing, and coaching leaders at all levels
- Background in Agile methodologies, operational excellence, or leadership coaching (preferred but not required)
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills—you know how to bring people on the journey
