Our approach centres on helping public and social sector organisations solve problems using expert data and analytics services. We work closely with senior leaders in Commonwealth and state government agencies, as well as non-profit organisations to help drive data-driven decisions for the public good.
As an Associate Consultant or Associate Analyst, you will be a valued team member on consulting projects for our public sector and social purpose clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Employing cutting-edge analytics techniques, such as machine learning and statistical modelling
- Extracting and interpreting key insights, crafting compelling visualisations and outputs that resonate with our clients and stakeholders
- Presenting insights and findings with clarity in client meetings, influencing decision-making and public policy design and delivery
We are looking for applicants for this graduate or early career role to start in early 2026.

Requirements
- Australian citizenship required
- Qualifications in actuarial studies, data science, maths, commerce, computer science, economics and/or finance
- Previous consulting experience desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated interest in solving complex problems in the public sector
- A commitment to ethics and integrity
- Experience working with or willingness to learn data analysis techniques (Excel, Python, R, modelling, visualisation)
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and a creative mindset
- Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
- Personal accountability - a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
- Team player - having an ability to work well with others, positive attitude, and growth mindset
