Trinity is seeking talented Summer Consultants to join our Insights team. This role is in support of providing a variety of analytical services for designing and implementing strategies to help our clients maintain strong growth. With exposure to a wide variety of strategic business issues within the life sciences industry, this position offers qualified candidates with an opportunity to work on client projects that are of high-visibility and essential value-add to Trinity’s efforts.
This is a 9-week, in-person Summer internship based out of Trinity’s Waltham MA headquarters. The planned dates for the program are June 16th-August 15th 2025.
Position Responsibilities
- Co-lead all phases of qualitative and/or quantitative primary market research projects and analysis, including; discussion guide/questionnaire/materials development and design, data collection oversight (domestic and international), moderation of qualitative interviews, data processing, analysis and presentation development
- Drive analysis and story development / “so-whats” for our clients
- Aid in proposal development and study design; including sample frame and appropriate methodology and statistical analysis. Serve an internal thought leader on research execution and methodology

Compensation
Trinity’s compensation bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. The hourly rate is $52.50/hr.

Qualifications
Position Requirements
Education: Successful completion of at least one year of MBA or PhD coursework with a demonstrated interest in the life sciences field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in consulting or working in a related position within the life sciences industry.
