Operation Analyst
Key Role:
Implements functional supports, that includes effective demonstration and intelligence analysis, to increase the clients' satisfaction on target products through internal collaboration with R&D divisions. Applies specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance. May review or guide activities of more junior employees.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in application support and technical operations
- Experience in network and application monitoring and alarm systems
- Experience in the operation, tuning, and support of web-based service delivery
- Knowledge of infrastructure and digital platforms
- Ability to support shift work
- Ability to follow SOPs, proactively address critical risks, and make suggestions for process improvements
- Ability to clearly articulate issues, impact, and requests for assistance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
